How to Use
Follow these simple steps to compare your CSV and Excel files
Upload Your Files
Click on the upload areas to select your original file (left) and modified file (right). Supports CSV (.csv), Excel 2007+ (.xlsx), and legacy Excel (.xls) formats. You can also drag and drop files directly.
Preview & Configure
After uploading, preview the first 10 rows of each file. Select the correct sheet (for Excel files) and specify which row contains the headers using the Header Line setting.
Choose Comparison Mode
Select Index-Based to compare row by row, or Key-Based to match rows using a unique identifier column. Optionally enable “Ignore Whitespace” or “Ignore Case Changes” for more flexible comparison.
View & Export Results
Click “Compare Files” to see the results. Changed cells are highlighted in orange, and rows are color-coded (green=unchanged, yellow=modified, blue=added, red=deleted). Export the comparison results as CSV or Excel for further analysis.
